The advisory practice of Jan-Olivier focuses on large employers and an extensive network of law firms. His areas of expertise include change management processes, mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of issues related to early retirement, both individual and collective. He combines knowledge with pragmatism and has the ability to think outside the box without stepping over the line.

After studying tax law at the University of Amsterdam and spending a year in general tax advisory practice, Jan-Olivier chose to specialize in pensions in 1996. He immersed himself in this field while working at a Big 4 firm. In 2006, he co-founded KWPS with his colleague Natasja Winter. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and has numerous pension-related publications to his name.

Jan-Olivier derives great satisfaction from working with the multidisciplinary and committed KWPS team, positively surprising clients, and engaging in innovative projects. In his free time, he can often be found in the woods with his family and dogs.
