Louise supports management in various areas, such as marketing, HR, recruitment, and compliance. Additionally, she coordinates events and contributes to organizational processes. She works closely with the partners.

In addition to her work at KWPS, Louise is studying Media & Culture at the University of Amsterdam. During high school, she tutored and mentored students. After that, she ran her own marketing company in Indonesia.

In her free time, Louise enjoys relaxing at home with a good book or unwinding at a good restaurant with a glass of red wine. She also loves exercising and spending time with friends.
