About KWPS

Established in 2006, KWPS is a flexible pension consultancy firm that maintains highest quality standards. Having worked for a Big4 company from 1995 to 2006, our partners are experienced pension consultants and pension tax lawyers. As an entirely independent company KWPS works on fee basis only and has no financial arrangements whatsoever with insurance companies. We currently employ eight consultants.

Our services

KWPS clients are primarily large and medium sized companies who value a pension consultant that takes appropriate and firm action on their behalf. We design pension schemes for Dutch subsidiaries of foreign-based clients, taking into account aspects like costs, HR, IFRS and (tax) compliancy.

KWPS also advises on other taxable employee benefits, including early retirement and severance payments. On behalf of foreign clients we often work with other specialist advisers as lawyers, actuaries and international wage tax experts.
